Prospects for the 11 th Five-year Plan(From 2006 –2010)

      The 11 th Five-year Plan will see Fengjing's economic structure effectively optimized, modern manufacturing and service sectors fully developed, and a complete industrial development system firmly established, with Shanghi Fengjing Industrial Park as a leading powerhouse, and supported by four featured industries of automobile and spare parts, textile, apparel, garment machinery and related products, general power and downstream products, as well as rice wine and special local products ; it will see a garment and machinery production base and a trading market, integrating production and wholesale, storage and logistics, exhibition and trading, as well as R&D and training, take shape and exert strong regional and international influence; it will see the full establishment of an array of tourist attractions showcasing ancient town and new town landscapes, cultural relics, industry and ecology; it will see the new town area taking on a brand-new look, that is, fully functional , reasonably distributed ,equipped with advanced facilities and exemplifying distinct North-American architectural characteristics ； it will see the setting-up of a harmonious Fengjing with all social causes prospering, social security system continuously improved, social political civilization and spiritual civilization pushed forward, and citizens' living conditions completely elevated to a new standard.
